Sweet Talk

About:

Sweet Talk is failing to keep up with it's competitiors like Koi and Liho, we were tasked to come up with a solution to allow Sweet Talk to be able to keep up.

This is a team project that invloved 5 team members,

This is to figure out the Pros and Cons of our machine

And this is our storyboard of our user journey.

Our Final Product consists of both an application and a vending machine, the main purpose of our products are to streamline and speed up the process of buying and collecting bubble tea.

Main Feature:

Pre-Ordering bubble tea and having a

self-collection vending machine

Sub Feature:

Penalty for not collecting bubble tea after buying
